What does a typical training day look like?
A typical day starts at 8.30am and continues until 3.30pm. The morning usually includes a morning warm-up and an on-snow training block, followed by a short morning tea. At around 1pm, a 1-hour lunch break is taken before heading back out for an afternoon of skills or free-ski block.
The overarching training plan is communicated ahead of the program, then depending on snow and weather conditions, coaches will share the plan for the following day via the coaching WhatsApp groups. For example, whether it will be GS or SL. Discover more.
